Provided is a radio broadcast reception device in which the unpleasantness caused by the changes in sound quality when switching between digital radio audio and analog radio audio is eliminated. Specifically, provided is a radio broadcast reception device provided with a radio DSP (112) which processes the signals of an analog radio audio by using a radio DSP parameter, an audio DSP (115) which processes the signals of a digital radio audio by using an audio DSP parameter, a control unit (116) which outputs a switching signal in accordance with the quality of the received waves from a digital radio broadcast, and a blend unit (113) which switches between the output from the radio DSP (112) and the output from the audio DSP (115), wherein, in accordance with the switching signal, the output from the radio DSP (112) and the output from the audio DSP (115) are gradually switched within a given time period while the blend unit (113) maintains a constant output level.
