The method involves manufacturing a section from wood by formative processing with plugs or F-connectors. Another section s manufactured from wood about same internal structure by formative processing with grooves. The cross sections of plugs or F-connectors are wider than the cross sections of the grooves at different sections. The wood of the two sections are exposed to different moisture and temperature for making an expansion of the clear width of grooves or shrinkage the breadth of plugs or F-connectors with different moisture content or different thermal expansion. An independent claim is also included for a structural element, such as boards or structural panels that is free from additional connecting units.
