<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control system capable of miniaturizing an exhaust emission control device without providing an oxidation catalyst in a rear part of an exhaust gas purifying filter. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control system includes an exhaust gas pipe passing exhaust gas, and the oxidation catalyst and the exhaust gas purifying filter in the exhaust gas pipe, and after passing exhaust gas through the oxidation catalyst and oxidizing it, it is passed through the exhaust gas purifying filter to collect exhaust particulates.
