<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff member and a cuff member unit capable of reducing a puncture angle. <P>SOLUTION: In the cuff members 1 and 1A made of a sponge-like synthetic resin and provided with a puncturing tube insertion hole 2 for inserting a living body puncturing tube, the puncturing tube insertion hole 2 passes through from the rear surface 1R or side face 1S of the cuff member to be overlapped with a living body surface to the front surface 1F of the cuff member, and the front surface 1F is provided with a low part 1b and a high part 1a at different heights from the rear surface 1R and a level difference surface 1c between the low part and the high part.
