<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot water supply device capable of suppressing a rise of discharge temperature of a high order-side compressor, even when temperature difference between a target hot water supply temperature and a water supply temperature is wide. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump type hot water supply device includes a target hot water supply temperature control means for controlling a target value of a temperature of a heated fluid flowing out from a heat exchanger 2 for heating, and a heating capacity control means for controlling a heating capacity in the heat exchanger 2 for heating according to the target value.
