<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold motor that is made by molding together a drive circuit board and a stator composed of a core and a coil, and is reduced in thickness and size and is improved in output power to ensure high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The mold motor made by molding the stator core wound with the coil and the drive circuit together with a synthetic resin is provided with a low heat conductive layer formed between the core with the coil and the drive circuit. Owing to this low heat conductive layer, a temperature increase at an electronic component of the drive unit is suppressed without using a structure that cools the motor in the outside thereof or a structure that transfers heat to the outside of the motor.
