<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus for correcting a component signal of a moving picture, an encoding device, a decoding device and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus 1 includes teacher signal generating means (3-8) for generating a teacher signal of a first component signal in an image signal of a predetermined image format obtained through an irreversible encoding method, by normalizing a second component signal and/or a third component signal, in order to correct the first component signal; and a correcting means (9) for correcting the first component signal, based on the teacher signal, if the difference value obtained by comparing the first component signal with the teacher signal is not more than the predetermined threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
