<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even an operator who has no technical knowledge, etc., to easily comprehend the behavior of a communication apparatus from a large amount of communication logs generated by the communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A feature amount group comprised of M kinds (M is an integer being≥4) of feature amounts is extracted from an inputted communication log for each of communications included in the communication log, and a general-purpose log based on a predetermined format is generated for a plurality of feature amount groups. A plurality of general-purpose logs are classified based on a specific feature amount among the M kinds of feature amounts included in the extracted feature amount groups, and N-dimensional display (N is an integer being 3≤N<M) is performed on the plurality of feature amount groups extracted from the communication log for each specific feature amount obtained by classifying the general-purpose logs based on the classified general-purpose logs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
