<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out photovoltaic power generation when the sun is up in the daytime and to store solar heat for utilizing the solar heat at night. <P>SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation panel 3 as a solar battery is mounted to the side where sunlight is taken in. Doubl-layered glass formed of glass 1 and an air layer 2 is mounted to the side mounted with the photovoltaic power generation panel 3, of a material 4 storing heat, mounted with the photovoltaic power generation panel 3 as the solar battery. The heat storage material 4 is surrounded with a heat insulating material 5 prevent stored heat from escaping. An opening/closing unit 6 is attached. When the sun shines, the photovoltaic power generation panel 3 generates electricity, and temperature rises.
