CAVITY RING DOWN SPECTROSCOPIC DEVICE, ABSORPTION ANALYZING APPARATUS, AND CAVITY RING DOWN SPECTROSCOPIC METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cavity ring down spectroscopic device capable of obtaining many ring down pulses with high precision, an absorption analyzing apparatus, and a cavity ring down spectroscopic method.

SOLUTION: The cavity ring down spectroscopic device 1 has a light output part 12 for outputting light with a predetermined wavelength, a light circulation system 20 making the light that is output from the light output part 12 circulate to turn a measuring target arrangeable in a light path, a light intensity detection part 21 for detecting the intensity of the light circulating through the light circulation system 20 and the negative return light amplifier 10 provided in the light circulation system 20 and amplifying the light advancing through the light circulation system 20 while reducing the intensity of the light of the noise produced in the light circulation system 20.
