<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerator for easily and surely performing deaeration for a kneaded material. <P>SOLUTION: The deaerator 1 has a housing 2, a rotor 3 rotatably set in the housing 2, and an evacuation mechanism 4 evacuating a deaeration chamber 22 of the housing 2. The housing 2 has a pipe line 21, the deaeration chamber 22 and a cylindrical part 23 set in the course of the pipe line 21. An upper end of the pipe line 21 forms an inlet 24 and a lower end forms an outlet 25. The rotor 3 is rotatably set in the cylindrical part 23 and the rotor 3 seals between the outlet 25 and deaeration chamber 22.
