PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for a parking aircraft capable of simplifying a device configuration, reducing costs, and being operated even in a cold district having a freezing temperature. SOLUTION: A hollow casing 16 is disposed on a first floor part 1F of a housing 12, a high static pressure blower 18 is disposed on one end of the hollow casing 16, and a heat absorbing section 304 of a precooling device 30, and evaporators 404a, 404b of a vapor compression type refrigerating device 40 are disposed in the hollow casing 16. Radiating sections 306a, 306b of the precooling device 30 are heat exchange tubes disposed on a side wall of a second floor part 2F. The vapor compression type refrigerating device 40 is constituted of the evaporators, a compressor 406, expansion valves 412a, 412b, and condensers 414a, 414b constituted of heat exchange tubes disposed outside of the radiating sections on the side wall of the second floor part 2F. The outside air (e) introduced into the casing 12 by the high static pressure blower 18 is precooled by the heat absorbing section 304, further cooled by the evaporators 404a, 404b, and distributed to the parking aircraft P.
