摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modulized light-emitting diode apparatus in which heat dissipation is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a container 12; a liquid-phase cooling medium 22; an evaporator; and a light-emitting diode. As for the container 12, a cavity chamber 14 is formed in a cavity wall 16, the cavity wall 16 is equipped with a penetrating face, radioactivic ray and/or light beam can penetrate the container 12, the container 12 is equipped with optical assortment areas 42, radioactivic ray and/or the light beam is converged, collected, diffused, or scattered. The liquid-phase cooling medium 22 is in the cavity chamber 14. The vaporizer is positioned in the cavity chamber 14, and equipped with a heat-conducting unit 32 and a capillary unit. One portion of the capillary unit is contacted with the liquid phase cooling medium 22. Generated heat when the light-emitting diode is operated vaporizes the liquid-phase cooling medium 22 into a gas-phase cooling medium 32 via the vaporizer. The cooling medium which is condensed on the cavity wall 16 is diffused by transmitting heat to the cavity wall 16, forms a liquid phase by condensation, and forms the gas-phase cooling medium 32 when vaporized again by the vaporizer. Through phase-change cycles of the cooling medium, the light-emitting diode continuously diffuses heat to surrounding environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
