PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a cargo with a simple constitution, even if dislocation is caused in a central position of a frontage between a carrying source and a carrying destination. SOLUTION: A connecting carriage system 16 for connecting an automated warehouse 100 and an automated warehouse 200 is provided with a straight line rail 17 for connecting the automated warehouse 100 and the automated warehouse 200. A connecting carriage 18 includes a lower carriage 20 for moving along the straight line rail 17 and a cargo receiving base 21 arranged in an upper part of the lower carriage 20 so as to freely move in the direction for crossing with the straight line rail 17.
