PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system of geospatial information for which transmission time is reduced, by reducing the data capacity transmitted for updating and which can be updated without causing discrepancies between actual situations, and for which a difference data extraction function with which conventional techniques are equipped can be dispensed with, and to provide a management program of geospatial information and a management method of geospatial information. SOLUTION: The management system of geospatial information for managing feature information includes a feature information database storing feature data, and a data updating means for updating the feature information database. Existing feature data groups stored in the feature information database are respectively updated by feature data, and the data updating means collates the data generation time of updated candidate data and the reference time set by feature data; and on the basis of the result of collation, whether updating is performed is determined with the updated candidate data.
