PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling structure capable of promoting cooling of a stator. SOLUTION: The motor cooling structure 40 is arranged in the motor 10, in which the stator 30 is provided by surrounding a rotor 20 in a motor case 11. The motor cooling structure 40 has at least one of an in-stator flow passage 43 and an ex-stator flow passage 41. The in-stator flow passage 43 is arranged so as to flow cooling medium to the stator 30, and opened in a coil containing space 38 of the stator 30, and opened in a periphery 30a of the stator 30. The ex-stator flow passage 41 is arranged between the inner circumferential face 11a of the motor case 11 and the stator 30, and enables cooling medium to flow. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
