PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology having safety and convenience with a simple configuration in input control of a vehicle-mounted device. SOLUTION: The presence or absence of an operation, identification of an operator, and determination of eligibility are continuously conducted using a range image. Reception of an operation is limited according to a predetermined rule, depending on a motion state of a vehicle, the operator and the eligibility. The reception control device may be configured so as to enhance the accuracy by further using in the determination of eligibility, a modulated light image calculated from an electric charge that is obtained at the same time as a range image.
