PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication system control system for an internal combustion engine capable of restricting a temperature lowering of a lubricating oil as much as possible after operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped, and capable of restricting an excessive temperature rise of the lubricating oil after rotation of the internal combustion engine is stopped. SOLUTION: Engine rotating speed Nes as a threshold value when stopping operation of an oil heater is decided based on the temperature of the lubricating oil existing near the oil heater when operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped. After stopping operation of the internal combustion engine, when the engine rotating speed becomes the threshold value Nes or less, operation of the oil heater is stopped.
