PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage of an elevator, improving convenience of a passenger. SOLUTION: A belt 14 is wound by a winding device 15 and is stored in a cover 13, when it is not used. A hook 16 is mounted to a tip part of the belt 14. The hook 16 is hooked to a floor groove or a base board groove when baggage on a car floor 2 is fixed by the belt 14. The hook 16 is hooked to a pin 12 when the belt 14 is not used, by inserting the pin 12 into an engagement hole 16a.
