SEAT BELT GUIDE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of a seat belt from a position corresponding to a seatback shoulder portion, and excessive deformation of a seatback frame which are due to excessive load exerted on the seat belt, without causing an increase in weight. SOLUTION: A seat belt guide 14 for inserting and holding the seat belt is formed by allowing a pair of left and right legs 15L and 15R respectively inserted into insertion holes 19L and 19R of a bracket 18 in the seatback 20 to extend downward from their respective end portions. The leg 15L close to a retractor position is defined as a stationary leg connected unseparatably to the bracket. The other leg 15R is defined as a free leg that is freely insertedly positioned at the large diameter insertion hole 19R of the bracket. The free leg includes a jaw portion 30 which is engaged with the circumferential edge of the large diameter insertion hole of the bracket under the condition that the stationary leg is curvingly deformed in the direction of the retractor position with respect to the bracket.
