Disclosed is an angular speed sensor unit wherein an angular speed sensor element (2) is suspended in the inner space of a package (1) with a vibration-proofing member (8) therebetween. The angular sensor unit has a structure wherein the vibration-proofing member (8) is divided into a connecting portion (8c) connected to the package (1), a connecting portion (8d) connected to a base (9), and a suspending portion (8e) positioned between the connecting portions (8c, 8d), and the height of the gravity center position (12) of the suspending portion (8e) is set equal to the height of the gravity center position (13) of a composite body composed of the angular speed sensor element (2), the base (9), and the connecting portion (8d) of the vibration-proofing member (8), said connecting portion being connected to the base (9).
