The parachute has a cap (1) consisting of a nearly sealed material with air-permeable fabric (2) in the same dimension upstream to the side of the desired launching of the air stream. The cap and the air-permeable fabric are connected with each other positively in their outer boundary area. The center of the cap is connected with the center of the upstream air-permeable fabric such that a center line (3), the cap and the air-permeable fabric are arranged between the surfaces facing each other.
