Expression vector (1) comprising at least a promoter (2), interfaces for inserting use-specific gene (3) sequences, and a genetic information (4) expressing a peptide-inhibited small interfering RNA (siRNA) cleaving enzyme to activate peptide-inhibited siRNA, is claimed. An independent claim is included for a method of using the expression vector comprising bringing the expression vector into cells grown in a culture vessel, bringing peptide-inhibited siRNA into the cells and activating the peptide-inhibited siRNA in the cells by the expression of the enzymes that are encoded and expressed on the expression vector.
