The device (1) has multiple locking projections (13) provided at an anchorage region (12), where the projections protrude radially outwards and distributed over a circumference. The projections are inwardly compressed during sliding of the anchorage region into a passage opening (4), and rest outward behind a supporting surface (6) of a component (2) and supported at the supporting surface. An annular resilient seal i.e. sealing ring, is arranged between an opposing surface (11) of another component (3) and a side of a film.
