<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a variable nozzle structure capable of stably manufacturing a supercharger having high efficiency while securing the safe rotation of nozzle vanes. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the variable nozzle structure in which a shroud ring and a hub ring are opposed to each other via a stepped pin and connected to each other while forming a clearance corresponding to the length of a step of the stepped pin and the plurality of nozzle vanes are rotatably arranged between the shroud ring and the hub ring is adopted including a measuring step of measuring vane widths of the plurality of nozzle vanes in a direction in which the shroud ring and the hub ring oppose each other, and an adjusting step of adjusting the length of the step depending on the measurement result in the measuring step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
