<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system easily coping with an increase of air conditioning equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning system includes one or more distributed management devices 11 managing the air conditioning equipment connected in communication by a local bus 21, and having a first storage means 51 for storing data of attribute information indicating the condition of the air conditioning equipment, and a centralized management device 12 connected in communication with the one or more distributed management devices 11 through a main bus 22 to manage the air conditioning equipment in the system and having a second storage means 61 storing data of attribute information related to the air conditioning equipment in the system. The distributed management device 11 further includes a first monitoring control means 52 performing update processing of the data of attribute information stored in the first storage means 51 and storing data of attribute information related to updating in a DB synchronous file, and a main bus side communication means 54.
