MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PACKED PRE-FILLED SYRINGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a packed medical supply capable of easily and surely manufacturing the medical supply wherein the external surface is sterilized at a packed state, and the packed medical supply manufactured by this manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a packed medical supply 1 includes a medical supply external surface sterilization step after packing the medical supply of having a high concentration atmosphere period for maintaining the inside of a packing body 2 at hydrogen peroxide atmosphere concentration capable of sterilizing the external surface of the medical supply 3 while the medical supply 3 is store and sealed in the packing body 2 with a function of adjusting the permeation amount of hydrogen peroxide which permits and regulates permeation caused by diffusion of hydrogen peroxide and a hydrogen peroxide discharge period for making the hydrogen peroxide flow out of the packing body 2 by making use of diffusion of the hydrogen peroxide after the high concentration atmosphere period.
