摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict power amounts used in load devices that are autonomously controlled, and to control the supply and demand of energy consumed by each device installed in a dwelling house. <P>SOLUTION: The load devices 1 are autonomously controlled by using information which is detected by a sensor 11. A plurality of load devices 1 are arranged in the dwelling house. Furthermore, a distribution board 2 includes an electricity use amount measuring device 21 which measures the power amount used in each load device 1. The information detected by the sensor 11 is associated with the used power amount measured by the electricity use amount measuring device 21, and stored in a history storage part 31 as history information. A prediction processing part 32 obtains the used power amounts which are estimated to be used by the load devices 1 within a prescribed predicted period as scheduled use amounts by using the history information of the plurality of load devices 1 in the history storage part 31 and the information detected by the sensor 11, and controls the supply and demand of power in the device in the dwelling house on the basis of the scheduled use amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
