PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system capable of supplying hot water of an intended temperature even when a component etc. used for mixing temperature adjustment control is broken. SOLUTION: A combustion water heater 10 is connected in series to a hot water delivery pipe 2 leading out hot water from a hot water storage tank 31. The hot water supply system includes a hot water delivery bypass pipe 37 communicating the hot water delivery pipe 2 on the upstream side and downstream side of the combustion water heater 10 and a bypass valve 38 opening/closing the hot water delivery bypass pipe 37. The hot water supply system further includes a temperature adjustment control means 50 executing the mixing temperature adjustment control for mixing hot water in the hot water storage tank 31 with water in a water supply pipe 1 or heating temperature adjustment control by the combustion water heater 10. The temperature adjustment control means 50 closes the bypass valve 38 and executes the heating temperature adjustment control when at least any one of mixing ratio change means 34, 35, mixing temperature sensors 36, 39, a hot water storage temperature sensor 32 and a tank heating means 60 is broken.
