<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated secondary battery, with which, a short circuiting does not occur even if an electrode sheet is not covered with insulating resin. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated secondary battery with a cathode electrode sheet 21 and an anode electrode sheet laminated through a separator 26, at least either the cathode electrode sheet 21 or the anode electrode sheet has its both faces covered with the separator 26, and at the same time, the separator 26 is jointed by fusion jointing parts 24 fused around either the cathode electrode sheet 21 or the anode electrode sheet at intervals, so that, continuously fused fusion sealing parts 25 are provided between inner peripheral parts, outer periphery parts of the fusion jointing parts 24 or between adjacent fusion jointing parts 24 to seal an inside housing either the cathode electrode sheet 21 or the anode electrode sheet and an outside of the separator, with a length (L<SB>1</SB>) of a protruded part 28 of the separator satisfying a formula: L<SB>1</SB>≥L<SB>2</SB>×C. Here, L<SB>1</SB>denotes a length (mm) of the protruded part of the separator, L<SB>2</SB>, a length (mm) of the separator, and C, a thermal shrinkage (%) of the separator in a length direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
