PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve and uniformize the accuracy of products by performing exact leading. SOLUTION: A leading guide for a rolled stock includes: a pair of roller holders 7 which is provided in an openable and closable manner on a guide box 2 provided movably on a base 1, the roller holders 7 having guide rollers 5 attached thereto; a front-and-rear positions adjusting mechanism 8 for adjusting the positions of the guide rollers 5 so as to advance and retreat relative to rolling rolls R1, R2 through the guide box; a vertical positions adjusting mechanism 9 for adjusting the positions of the guide rollers 5 in the vertical direction through the guide box; and a center-to-center distance adjusting mechanism for adjusting the center-to-center distance of the guide rollers 5.
