ENERGY REGENERATION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy regeneration device for a vehicle that performs regeneration with high efficiency by switching electric regeneration and hydraulic regeneration to perform regeneration. SOLUTION: The energy regeneration device for the vehicle includes: an electric regenerator for regenerating kinetic energy of the vehicle as electric energy; an hydraulic regenerator for regenerating the kinetic energy of the vehicle as hydraulic energy; an operating condition detector for detecting engine operating conditions of the vehicle; and a regeneration controller for performing regeneration by the hydraulic regenerator when an engine speed detected by the operating condition detector is lower than a predetermined threshold, and for performing regeneration by the electric regenerator when the engine speed is higher than the threshold.
