PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of separation between healds by achieving the assemblage of device with one type of heald even if the healds are asymmetric in a vertical direction, and by eliminating variation in interval between formation sites of protrusions even if the adjacent healds move vertically by vibration. SOLUTION: A heald device includes a body 10 installed in alignment with the upper and lower heald bars 2 and 2 constituting a heald frame 1, and has one surface 11 and the other surface 12. Eyes 13 which are inserted through heald bars 2 and are formed on one end 10a and the other end 10b of the body 10, and one protrusion 15 which projects on the outer side of a general surface of one surface 11 of the body 10 and the other protrusion 16 which projects on the outer side of the general surface of the other surface 12 of the body 10 are formed side by side in a line inclined in the same direction on the one end 10a side and the other end 10b side of the body 10, respectively.
