PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germanium-containing vacuum plating method of a noble metal component. SOLUTION: The germanium-containing vacuum plating method of the noble metal component includes at least (1) a component working step, (2) a surface layer treating step, (3) a germanium plating step, (4) a titanium plating step, (5) a vaporizing step, and (6) a product assembling step. Environmental pollution can be considerably reduced thereby, and the treatment effect of germanium and titanium elements is provided with the noble metal. Further, the physical health improvement of a user is promoted by using physical property of germanium and titanium elements, and the added value and the applicable range of noble metal products are increased thereby.
