PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming seal material which is excellent in the absorptiveness of the shock due to fall and in the dynamic dust-proofness. SOLUTION: The foaming seal material is provided on at least one side of a foamed structural body with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a polyoxyalkylene-based polymer as a principal component. Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing the following components (A) to (C): (A) is a polyoxyalkylene-based polymer having in one molecule at least one alkenyl group, (B) is a compound having in one molecule two or more hydrosilyl groups, and (C) is a hydrosilylation catalyst.
