PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic with which water-soluble ascorbic acid derivatives and the salts thereof, and N-glyceryl amino acids and the salts thereof difficult to obtain a stable mixture with oily cosmetics are easily, homogenously, and stably blended and which has excellent moisture retention and feel of use. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic substance is easily and stably blended in a cosmetic mainly composed of an oily ingredient by including a silylated peptide-silane compound copolymer composition and one kind or more selected from among water-soluble ascorbic acid derivatives and the salts thereof, and N-glyceryl amino acids and the salts thereof in the cosmetic. Preferably, the blend ratio of the hydrophilic substance to the silylated peptide-silane compound copolymer composition is 1:0.05-20 by mass. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
