PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal resin film winding apparatus for a container having a lid that enables a thin seal resin film winding to be carried out so as to allow its manufacturing cost to be reduced and its working efficiency to be improved. SOLUTION: There are provided transferring means 10 for performing an intermittent forwarding operation of a container 2 having a lid thereon while its position is being set, film melting-cutting and adhering means 20 having a heat melting-cutting blade and heat-melting adhering surfaces on both sides, a first forwarding-reversing mechanism 30 for forwarding or reversing the film melting-cutting and adhering means 20 at a crossing direction in its transferring direction, pinch rolls for holding and setting a film 6, film holding-setting and tension-applying means 40 having tension applying rolls for use in applying tension to the film, a second forwarding-reversing mechanism 50 for forwarding or reversing the film-holding and tension-applying means 40 at a crossing direction in its transferring direction, a pair of feeding-out reels 60 for feeding out the film 6 from the film winding body, and a direction changing system 70 for guiding the fed-out film 6 to the film holding-setting and tension-applying means 40.
