PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well and reliably maintain the pressure in a cabin within the allowable in-cabin pressure which is set according to, in particular, the traveling state in simple steps and processes. SOLUTION: The control program executes a first step of detecting the in-cabin pressure value corresponding to the minimum air volume when a first blower 30a is stopped to the maximum air volume generated by driving only the first blower 30a while an automobile 12 is stopped, a second step of setting the in-cabin pressure change that the in-cabin pressure value is changed by the change of the air volume of the first blower 30a at each vehicle speed when the automobile 12 travels, a third step of setting the range from the corrected in-cabin minimum pressure value to the corrected in-cabin maximum pressure value based on the in-cabin pressure change value when inputting the air volume and the in-cabin pressure of the first blower 30a during the actual travel of the automobile 12, and a fourth step of controlling the second blower 30b so that the in-cabin pressure is maintained in a range from the corrected in-cabin minimum pressure value to the corrected in-cabin maximum pressure value.
