PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably respond to an incoming call from a specific caller even if the restriction is set for a response to an incoming call. SOLUTION: A communication terminal includes: a communication unit; a response control unit that restricts a response to the incoming call according to the caller when the communication unit receives an incoming call from a caller; a restriction relaxation unit that relaxes the restriction for a response until a predetermined period of time passes after the dispatch of the call when the communication unit sends a call to a specific destination while the restriction is set to a response; and a setting unit that sets a relaxation duration for which the restriction for a response is further relaxed with a lapse of the predetermined period of time when there arises an incoming call from another caller during conversation based on an incoming call from one caller during the relaxation of the restriction for a response.
