PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertia force sensor device performing a comparative diagnosis for two inertia force sensors more accurately than conventional sensor devices. SOLUTION: Each time a detection value of an offset-corrected first angular velocity sensor becomes a prescribed value that can be taken during vehicle turning, the detection frequency for each difference value between entered detection values of two angular velocity sensors is stored, and the difference value with the highest detection frequency is extracted from the stored detection frequency to determine whether or not the difference value is matched with a reference value. When the difference value is not matched with the reference value, if no malfunction such as a sudden change in the characteristics and aging occurs, the reference value is rewritten into an extraction value. The detection value of a second angular velocity sensor after offset correction is corrected based on the reference value, and when a difference value between the corrected value and the detection value of the first angular velocity sensor after offset correction exceeds a given determination threshold, it is determined that either one is faulty.
