<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard operation execution support device for supporting an operator under operation to execute an operation following a standard operation procedure. <P>SOLUTION: A standard operation information memory 101 stores position information indicating the position of the hand of an operator following a standard operation procedure and time information indicating a timing in which the hand of the operator is present at the position indicated by the position information. An image analysis unit 102 generates position information indicating the position of the hand of the other operator. A difference calculation unit 103 calculates a difference between the position information stored in the standard operation information memory 101 and the position information generated by the image analysis unit 102. Also, the difference calculation unit 103 calculates a difference between the timing indicated by the time information stored in the standard operation information memory 101 and the timing in which the position information is generated by the image analysis unit 102.
