摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device capable of promoting heat radiation of a cylinder block in a state capable of securing the heat insulating performance of a cylinder head at the same time, and thereby capable of achieving high heat efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This engine cooling device 1A includes: an engine 50A including an inside cylinder block 51a formed with a cylinder 51aa, an outside cylinder block 51b and the cylinder head 52; an insulator 31; and an ECU 70A for controlling electron density of the inside cylinder block 51a by moving free electrons of the inside cylinder block 51a. In the case wherein the engine 50A is operated in a low-rotation and high-load condition, the ECU 70A controls electron density of the inside cylinder block 51a so that the electron density in an upper part of the inside cylinder block 51a becomes high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
