<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a driver for driving a memory cell under a memory cell array. <P>SOLUTION: A write drivers 17 for applying programming voltage VUX to a memory cell MC during write of the memory cell MC are distributed under three dimensional memory cell array MCA.
