PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a concrete structure, capable of reliably securing a reinforcing effect. SOLUTION: This earthquake-resistant reinforcing structure 10 includes recessed parts 1A formed on the surface of a concrete column 1, anchor bolts 30 driven in the recessed parts 1A, a steel plate 10 on which a plurality of projections 20A are formed, in which penetration holes 20B are formed at the projections 20A, the projections 20A are fitted into the recessed parts 1A, and the holes 20B undergoing insertion of anchor bolts 30 therein, and nuts 31 fastened with the anchor bolts 30.
