PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital-to-analog converter that consumes less power and prevents signal distortion and SNR deterioration. SOLUTION: The digital-to-analog converter includes a shift register SREG, switch circuits SW1-SW(N), impedance elements IMP1-IMP(N), an operational amplifier OPA, an impedance element IMP0-N, and an impedance element IMP0-P. In the switch circuits SW1-SW(N), a one-bit digitalΔΣsignal is input and a pair of output signals are output. In the impedance elements IMP1-IMP(N), the pair of output signals are input and a pair of output signals are output. The operational amplifier OPA has an inverting input terminal OPAa for inputting one of the pair of output signals, a non-inverting input terminal OPAb for inputting the other of the pair of output signals, and an output terminal 102 for outputting signal obtained by digital-to-analog conversion of the one-bit digitalΔΣsignal. The impedance element IMP0-N is connected to the inverting input terminal OPAa and the output terminal 102. One end of the impedance element IMP0-P is connected to the non-inverting input terminal OPAb, and reference voltage is applied to the other end of the impedance element IMP0-P.
