PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit which appropriately compensates the driving current depending on the characteristic change of a driven element accompanying a temperature change, a driving device including the driving circuit, and an image forming device including the driving device.

SOLUTION: The driving circuit includes a reference voltage generating circuit 40 which produces reference voltage Vr and outputs it from an output terminal VREF; and a driver IC part which is a driving circuit part into which the reference voltage Vr is inputted and which drives LED as a driven element at a driving amount depending on the reference voltage. The reference voltage generating circuit 40 includes a regulator voltage generating part 51 for producing a first voltage V1; a temperature compensation part 52 to which an electric potential is fed from a potential feed part VDD and the ground GND and which produces the first voltage V1 and a second voltage V2 depending on temperature; and a voltage multiplication part 53 which multiplies the second voltage V2 to produce the reference voltage Vr and feeds the reference voltage Vr to the output terminal VREF.
