<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip for nucleic acid amplification reaction which allows high-precision analysis by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: In the microchip (A) for nucleic acid amplification reaction, an inlet 1 into which a liquid is introduced from outside, a plurality of wells 41, 42 and 43 as reaction fields of nucleic acid amplification reaction, and flow channels 2 and 3 which supply the liquid introduced from the inlet 1 to each of wells 41, 42 and 43, are arranged, and a plurality of reagents required for the reaction are laminated in a prescribed order in each well 41, 42 and 43 and fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
