PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural body having a photocatalyst function and having a highly water-repellent surface having durability.

SOLUTION: The water-repellent structural body having a photocatalyst function is constituted of a porous structural body formed by using a porous base material, wherein a photocatalyst is exposed on the void-forming surface released to an external part in at least the structural body and the surface exposed to the external part of the structural body is formed in a highly water-repellent surface having≥120°water contact angle.
