<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the consciousness of power-saving by surely specifying a user leaving a management section without turning off a power source. <P>SOLUTION: A room entering/leaving management device 200 acquires operation information indicating room entering/leaving and identification information for specifying a user, updates room presence information indicating whether the user specified by the identification information is in the room in accordance with the operation information and the identification information, compares the using power value of one or more predetermined electric apparatuses with a reference power value with reference to the preset reference power value when an information acquiring part acquires operation information showing room leaving and identification information for specifying one user being in the room in the case that the room presence information shows that only the one user is in the room, and records the identification information for specifying the one user in an identification list when the using power value exceeds the reference power value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
