PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallized polyester film excellent in head touch property and traveling durability, and further excellent in dimensional stability and crack-proof property. SOLUTION: The metallized polyester film is provided by preparing a layer (M layer) which contains metal oxide in one side of polyester film layer (F layer), wherein the M layer has a crystal layer (Ma layer) having microcrystals of metal components and an amorphous layer (Mb layer).
